I want buy my girlfriend a big present, something meaningful, extravagant and will really knock her off her feet. Money's not really a problem, I was thinking of a new Mini, or a Rolex or maybe even a once in a lifetime holiday. So what would you like to recieve most? She's 25, we've been together about 7 months and we don't live together.

Every girl is different and has different likes, so it would best to draw on your knowledge of what she likes. If she's expressed interest in visiting new places, then you should do that (with a ticket for you too, of course).

Since you guys have only dated for 7 months, huge extravagant anythings like a car is out of the question unless she's your wife. Now that would really knock me off my feet. In any case, I am normally not much for material goods such as a Rolex. I'd be happier getting a full massage, flowers, some cuddling, nice dinner and dessert made, arranged, and planned all by you. Goofiness never hurts so wear that thong, shake that booty, sing some tunes, and make her laugh her butt off. Whatever! The idea is to give her a good time. It's HER day and as long as she realizes that, she will be happy.

Too extravagant for only seven months but if you have money to blow send some my way lol! As far as gifts go, 7 months isn't worth more than a bouquet of flower! Once I spent a considerable amount of money on my b.f we'd been together about that long, he dumped me 6 mo. later. I too was warned not to do this ( unlike you I don't have a lot of money) and I now regret it!

Only 7 months together??? Then maybe a vacation would be good... take her somewhere for a weekend, maybe have a private jet pick her up from work on Friday??? Also, don't forget to send flowers to work and her house--go to the store and pick the flowers yourself--I am sure she would appreciate that!

I don't think you should be making a grand gesture like this at this point in the relationship. I think it is too soon.
I think she will be just as happy with a nice bracelet or neckace. Something you have chosed especially for her.

i would frame a bunch of pictures of the two of you. get the frames ingraved with little sayings or inside jokes you have....other than that, being together only 7 months, i dunno. dropping a wad of cash wouldn't be the best idea. what if u have to start getting better and better gifts each year? you'll have to buy her a island one day...
good luck with that, Money Bags.
