I have been looking for this Betsey johnson ribbon dress forever!! Can anyone help me find where to buy it?

That dress was featured in My Super Sweet Sixteen on MTV about 2 years ago. It's from one of her older collections, so the only thing I can suggest is to keep checking on eBay.
Although http://www.edressme.com doesn't have that particular dress, they have some really cute ones by Betsey Johnson that you would probably like! Check it out!

I would reccomend buying fabric that looks like that
and have a dress made to look like it
