Not only end-to-end (directly), but even following all its borders and by more than one person (on several occasions).

most of people did it for the love to travel. However, one person - Boris Stolypin tried to illegally get to Western Europe, In 2001 he walked from the Russian Far East, crossed all Russia and Ukraine, but was arrested when trying to cross Hungarian border.

I'm sure it has, if, as it seems to be here, anyone who has lost a leg is somehow compelled to then hike across the country.
