I thing all the driver update is available in respective web site (i.e. dell) so visit the dell web site and register your product and ask them they give you freely

You should be able to go to the dell website and link to their support/download site and find the drivers you need for you dell machine. There shouldn't be any cost for it.

All device manufacturers provide free driver updates via their websites. Just check your documentation prior to installing.
