Much like any other civil rights issue. Our children's children will read about "the Act" and memorize the names of the key leaders who lead and finally won the battle. They will read about it with the same complete disbelief and distain they currently have when reading about slavery or what happened to the Native Americans.

People for the most part will shake their heads and swear if they had lived then they would have done something to shut down the ban on gay marriage.

And some will talk among close friends and say it's the worse thing that ever happened. . .

I'm sure the ban will be in our history books sooner or later.

History should not judge. If people treat each other with love and respect,who cares, we are not the ones to judge anyone. There is only one true judge, we know who He is.

that depends on the present, and what the future is. but hopefully the future hold a key to the cure for homsexuality

If you are of child-bearing age, the primary purpose of marriage is procreation - if you can't meet that goal - you need to find your purpose somewhere else.
