No....Because it is well known and documented that fast food is not healthy. The fast food chains for the most part to not label themselves as healthy, some do label themselves as healthier. For the most part, that movie "Super size Me" didn't make a difference to me, I could have told you the ramifications of his McD's only diet well before he even decided to make that movie. Why should a fat person feel that it is the fast food chain's fault, when that person knew well enough before hand what would probably happen to them if they continued on their dietary path. That all aside, there could be many more reasons for a person's obesity than just eating at a fast food restaurant on the occasion. And if that person is like most other people, they don't just eat at one fast food establishment, they probably frequent a diverse number of these places, so which one would you establish as the root cause of your obesity, if you could even place 100% responsibility on the fast food industry for your obesity.

No I would never sue a company because I gained weight from eating there food! You have to look at it really are they the ones putting a gun to your head and telling you to eat the food? No they just made the product and are trying to sell it and you choose whether or not you should eat it and how many times you should eat it weather its twice a day or every hour! No suing a restaurant or company for getting fat is not their problem but yours cause you choose to eat and like I said when and how many times to eat it.

No...I know that people always want to blame someone else for their problems, but come on!! The fast food industry is NOT responsible for what you put in your mouth. The only thing you are doing is further backing up the court system and keeping people with legitimate lawsuits from going to court faster.

No. I'm not fat but I would think that no one makes be order the most fattening thing on the menu then supersize it. That's just silly that people think like this. That goes along with people suing cigarette company for getting cancer.

No. But I had to get my appendix removed less than 24 hours after eating a double cheeseburger, I'd consider suing over that.

If it is reasonable to sue a bar for serving a drunk driver then it is reasonable to sue a restaurant for serving food that will worsen obesity.
They know the food is not healthy. They know this far more than the average customer. The average American is incredibly naive about nutrition and parrots industry propaganda as though they had an understanding. If they understood their wouldnt be this plague of diabetes and heart disease and diets.
The food industry is based on profit and that means shelf life is more important than nutrition. In fact nutrition isnt even on the criteria for selection in most product development

No. While fast food is terrible, (and it is my personal belief that fast food can kill you) there is a certain amount of personal responsibility. If you are having weight problems, the last place you belong is a McDonalds.

No.
I like to think I can take more responsibility for my own actions than that.
No one is forced to eat rubbish, like no one is forced to smoke tobacco or drink alcohol. I do both btw, and if I get ill because of it, I've got nobody to blame but myself. We all know these things are bad for you.
