After a miscarriage your period should come back between 4-6 weeks. You are still in that window of time. But, if you've ovulated and had intercourse during your ovulation phase you could be pregnant.

When I had my first miscarriage my period was back 4 weeks on the dot, after the second it came 5 days after the miscarriage. The lenght and insensity will depend on you. In both cases with me, the period was very light and very short, and it took about 2-3 months for my cycles to come back regularly. I now have cycles between 30-34 days.

If you still don't have your period after 6 weeks, call your doctor and go get checked out.

I just also want to say that I'm sorry for your loss, I hope you feel better and that your body heals as well. Good luck with everything.
