Billions of tax-payers hard earned dosh & they're just getting started on throwing it at more bombs!
I'd much prefer Health care 4 myself & my family. Or there won't B many tax-payers able 2 work & pay 4 their war on Terrorism.
The NHS has been drained dry & the whole time the Establishment have had 8 Billion sitting in a Bank 2 cover Misdiagnosed/malpractice etc.
The rest of our taxes went on an Illegal War & the Fight Against Terrorism.
Iraq was just the beginning & no1 knows when it will or if ever, end!

It is several BILLION dollars, I heard the estimated amount the other day and promptly had to forget it before I got really angry. What could we do with that money, well fix the Katrina devastated area which is still a hell hole. Feed a few million starving people. Fix our deteriorating public school system. Yes, buy you a house!

Better question...What is the cost of not fighting terrorism. Ask Bill Clinton who turned his head. Then think of 9-11. If we would have fought it years ago, it would not be such a problem today.

I guess it depends on what you consider to be the fight against terrorism. None of the terrorists were from Iraq. Iraq is all about GW Bush and Oil.

Maybe you should ask the people who lost their families on 9/11 if they would like the government to give you a new house instead of trying to prevent another attack?
Or maybe you could do an evaluation on how much the economy tanked, how many businesses \ jobs were lost thanks to 9/11 and see if it adds up to more or less then we have 'spent' on the war on terrorism?
I'd like to keep my head in tact and not let the terrorist grow to the point where they start executing "infidels" thanks.....thats worth an expensive war - to me.

It has cost more than its worth.
I'd use it to end global warming, relieve world pouverty, spread tolerance ........ and get a new 40" LCD TV with the rest.

Billions. And worth every penny.
I don't want any of that money for myself. I've always worked and never had my hand out begging others to give me their money.
