Reno/Fallon, NV?? We are moving there soon...I want ANY information you can tell me about the city/area!?

My husband is Active duty navy and we are getting stationed in Fallon, NV. I still need to finish college so we were thinknig about living in Reno since it's a bigger area and has the college and then my hubby would commute to Fallon for work.

How long of a drive would that be for him?
What's Reno like? Average rent? We'd prefer to find a single-family home for rent seeing as we have two dogs..
