full screen windows?

Question

everytime i go to a site i have to hit the max button to get it full screen.. i have right clicked toolbar and hit vert. and horizontal.. neither work... what do i do

That's odd.

It always keeps my last setting. If I open IE, position or size the window were I want it, close it, then open IE again it will be exactly where I last closed it. Perhaps you aren't using IE?
