Hi Dario,it is not very clear whether you meant head acne or headache. Head acne is the disorder resulting from hormones on the skin's oil glands which leads to plugged pores and lesions.Acne lesions usually occur on the face, neck, back, chest and shoulder.Drugs such as corticosteroids, progestogens and anabolic steroids may help.
on the other hand HEADACHE is a condition of pain in the head also known as cephalgia.Neck and back pain may sometimes be interpreted as headache. There is a wide variety of causes including eye strain, sinusitis, meningitis, brain tumors etc. Some people experience headaches when dehydrated or on caffeine withdrawal.Treatment of uncomplicated headache is symptomatic with painkillers such as ibuprofen, paracetamol or aspirin.Sometimes headaches may be a sign of serious underlying problem.specific headaches, for example migraine demand more suitable diagnosis and treatment.
Get to a specialist who may order detailed examinations such as ,
Computer tomography CT/CAT
Magnetic resonance imaging MRI
Blood Tests may help in differential diagnosis.
Good luck.

sounds like migraines, just lie down in a darkened room in the quiet, or try migraleve tablets available in your local chemists no presciption needed. both work for me. seasonal adjustment disorder could also cause this, it's where the body can't handle the changes in the environment, get this ruled out by the doc though!
