Hate is a very strong word. To harbor hate in your heart is not a positive thing to do for good karma. As hatred and prejudices and all pent up emotions of anger can cause stress and eventually will just eat you up. End result, you can become a bitter person. And the more you hate and harbor it, the more these negative feelings grow and eventually in all likelihood turn into causes of cancer, heart attacks, and the like. It has been well studied that stress is the number one cause of all diseases.

It's normal to be anti-establishment and against the power that be. It's a normal behavior to dislike your boss who has direct authority over you. Most of the time than not, your boss is a company person. She or he has to perform his job description to the best of his ability according to the directives and standards set for by the company. As you have a job to accomplish so does the boss. Otherwise there will be chaos and anarchy.

You should channel your anger into positive ways of expressions. Put it down in paper or a letter but don't send it. Try to correct those constructive criticisms according to his wishes. Confront him and ask questions , This way he'll see your interest. Or maybe ignore it if you haven't violated any infractions. See how very much you feel relieved after you release all that pent-up anger.

Maybe, you should adopt my guiding principle: live and let live . I told this to my supervisor long time ago. There's not one in this workplace i bear ill feelings towards. If you find yourself freed of all these frustrations and stresses, your psyche , your whole being especially your inner self and face will reflect and thank you for it. Remember that It takes less muscles to smile and laugh rather than frown.

Jim, I am SO angy at you. How can you be so selfish and self centered that you think of yourself before anyone else including your kids that have problems regarding deprived love from their father. Every time I get into it with you, I feel I HATE YOU. You are such a LIAR and a BULLY, you don't know how to get results in life without bullying or intimidation, I hate you for all the pain you have caused me and our children.
By the way, Thank you for whoever posted this I feel better already. You are a real *Gem* May God Bless you and yours
