The University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) has an excellent reputation in their school of education. They have some of the highest scores on the OGET, OSAT, and OPTE. I graduated from there with a degree in education and I thought that the classes were great. It's not very expensive and the classes are small...some only had about 10 people in them. I highly suggest checking it out. http://www.ucok.edu is their address.
