well if your worried about people seeing it on a bill, why not pay with cash?

Well generally no... the cashier, person taking the order, person shipping it are all going to know what you bought. You cannot buy something without ANYONE knowing that you bought it. Sorry.

if you wanting to buy something on line you pay with PAY PAL. Or of your in a store and wanting to buy something with discretion then either you swallow your pride, or you shop close to closing time, the stores are usually empty at that time. Yes, in certain places there are roadside fruit & vegetable stands and other "stand" type businesses that have an "honor system" of payment. There are no workers. By the time you see another person you could have selected, aquired, eaten and paid for your purchase.

Wear a mask into wal-mart or that store that sells that gross stuff, grab the item and walk to the cashier...and pay.......
