Where (in the Philipines) should I ask my girlfriend to marry me?

I need a VERY romantic (Fairy Tale Come True) place to pose the question. She lives in Oroquieta City. I hear Dipolog City is nice but I live in the U.S. and don't know the area. She is 22 yrs. old. What and where would really blow her mind?

If your both scuba divers - you can marry under the sea in cebu. they have this wedding for scuba divers. If you like beaches, its nice to marry in Boracay. If you want a romantic, solemn and a catholic wedding I saw one nice small church in Calarhuega, Nasugbu Batangas. Somewhat historical church.....PAco church in malate, manila.
