These days, they really don't walk that much. Years ago, mailmen/mailwomen would walk a lot more. Given the cost of a gallon of gas, they really should go back to the old way of doing it.

He probably eats way too much, or possibly he has a underactive thyroid or other metabolic problem that has not been diagnosed.
