You may want to give microdermabrasion a try. It REALLY smoothes out and softens up your skin. If you don't want to go to the dermatologist for it, Neutrogena makes a good kit. Results at the dermatologist are visible after a couple of sessions. The at-home kit takes longer to work, but the stats say that after a month or so the results are comparable to a dermatologist visit.

Accepting that U R What U Eat.
From the inside out, eat the right stuff.
U should feel fitter & hopefully look better.
Cut out Alcohol, meat & late nights.
Drink plenty of Water thru out the day.

Well, get the book EAT RIGHT FOR YOUR BLOOD TYPE and that will help, also once a month for 10 days just eat vegetables that are good for your blood type..i am 63 and no one gives me that...:)

Lots of fruits, veggies,water, exercise, daily multivitamin, and sex. In 4 months you will look marvelous.
