Well i dont think she's gonna dump him now cos he is afterall da father of her kids n i guess any mom would like to make sure that her kids have their dad around.
Personally i think kevin needs a MAJOR makeover but as far as da magazines r concerned it looks like the two of them are trying to make things work, and as much as i feel kevin is partly responsible for her fall in image i still hope things work out well.
N besides britney is planning on getting back to work (and in shape) after her 2nd baby.
But then again who knows about da future????

Kevin made it clear he doesn't live under his wife's fortune! He has a job and he has an album coming up and Britney is working in her album too!
And they're planning to renew marriage vows!
So,she won't dump him!
And they say their relationship is better than ever,and Britney can't wait to get back!

Now that she's going to have 2 kids with him probably not. I think he will ditch her before she will ditch him. He will make sure she has a few more kids first, then he will dump her for the next hottest star that he can use and make her pregnant, and the cycle will go on and on.
