I can only tell you what we did. And this was 20 years ago. We started morning practice at 6 am with weights---alternated upper and lower body on different days and did this 5 days per week. After 30 minutes of this, we'd hit the pool and swim about a mile and a half. Then classes until 3:30 pm. Back to the pool for another 5 miles or so. I'd get home about 6:30 pm, have dinner and study until bedtime.
I didn't swim on weekends and our season was over by winter break. Weekends were our own because a body needed a rest after a week like that. I did swim in the summer, though, on a USAA/AAU type of team. And I eventually coached it.
And yes, I was in AP classes, was at the top of my highschool class, managed to get my work done, made it through college and I'm now a cardiologist. Swimmers are generally very high achievers. Organization is key, I think, but it is rough.

My training schedule is I swim 1 hour before school. Then after school we had been watching swimming videos for an hour but now we are going to start weight lifting 3 days a week and running 2. After that we swim for another hour and a half and 2 hours in the morning on saturdays.
I hope I'll be able to finish all my homework I have so far but it's only the 2nd week of school so I'm not sure yet.

my training schedule was morning practice everyday except weekends at 5:30. on mondays, wednesdays, and fridays, we had it as a class, so it would be until 3:30. tuesday and thursdays, it was until 5:00. usually fridays we weight lift. during spring break, we practice for about two hours. i'm taking ap classes this fall, so i can't answer that question right now.

You can handle anything. Your coach and teachers will work with you(most of them atleast) on helping you get in training and schoolwork. Make sure you talk to them about troubles they will work with you. Part of your coaches job is to make sure your grades stay up.
