It depends on your lifestyle.
If you are an active person who plays sports and is outdoors a lot, I'd recommend the Lasik. You don't have to hassle with glasses falling off your face or getting smugged, or deal with dry eyes with contacts.
If you're an indoor type person, go for the contacts. Although glasses are more convenient, contacts give you better peripheral vision and are more comfortable (once you get used to them).
Glasses would be my last choice. I'd only choose these if I worked long hours, as contacts tended to dry out my eyes if I left them in longer than 12 hours.
Before I had Lasik surgery, I did a combination of contacts and glasses. I'd wear my contacts for the first part of the day and then put my glasses on when I got home.
Hope this helps!

If you are into image; wear contacts
If you want comfort and ease; wear glasses
Lastik - they cut the lense of your eyes, so there will be some lines you see at night when bright headlights shine in your eyes. Something to think about. And lastik has to be done again when you get older.
PS I had cataracts in both eyes. The surgery was 15 minutes for each eye. NO pain, NO bleeding, NO tears. Just some slight sensitivity to light for the first two days. Then NOTHING else.

My choice was laser surgery. I had PRK, not LASIK, which is a bit safer, but vision recovery is slightly longer. I'm 20/15 now and very pleased with my vision. Nowdays, there is almost no risk with wavefront-driven procedures.
Glasses get scratched/lost
Contacts have been getting a lot of bad publicity with increased chance of eye infections.

I wore glasses for years for distance, and could see everything up close..read small print, thread a needle everything with out my glasses.. After I had the lasik surgery, I can't see a damn thing up close, I have to wear cheaters sometimes.. and threading a needle FORGET IT... it is the only down fall.. it's nice to see far away, but I miss being able to read things up close..
