I got you all beat on this one try Evil from Fright Night when he vamps out man that face is seriuosly disturbed.
Failing that try the little girl in the opening scene of the Dawn of the dead remake,she is determined to get into the bathroom......lol

Well the kid in the original Omen was pretty darn scary. And the kid in the new one is no shmuck. I did have a kid at my preschool that could have beat all of them. He was really scary.
