I love the show How It's Made, and would like to see for myself a factory produce something just as I see on the show. Are there any factory tours around here?

The only one I've ever done is the Ben & Jerry's tour in Vermont, but it was a long time ago and with a lot of other kids who only cared about getting free ice cream at the end. I was more interested in the quality control process!

Hmm ... interesting question!

a little research turned up Made in NYC website , see here: http://www.madeinnyc.org/aboutnyc.cfm

It lists information on manufacturers in various sectors still based in or near NY. If you go to the site, you can see if one interests you, and then give them a call and see if they do tours!

have fun!

Being from the Boston section, i can declare that it snows by using March and each each and every now and then nicely into April. now and back we get an early spring, yet once I had to wager a wager i could say the roads could be somewhat slick. basically stick to climate comments. as long as we don't get an incredible hurricane, new york city would be very sparkling and the course to Montreal could be risk-free sufficient for shuttle. yet make optimistic your motor vehicle has reliable traction.
