Count Dracula always dressed in black. The other vampires are just maintaining the fashion quo.

Generally all monsters are darker colors. I have yet to hear tales of a pastel werewolf. They are creatures of the night.
Vampires also turn into bats, so they probably try to mantain that bat-like look with black clothes and a black cape.

so they blend in better with the night of course. plus they like to jump out and stuff so dark clothes makes it easier for them to hide
