They started out as a joke.. now some people are obsessed with them and are trying to turn the following of them and similar artists into a kind of subculture. Their old stuff is funny.. it's harsh, abusive lyrics with pretty good music but they are really fake- sorry it's true I was there before they got popular. It's like shock music. Kinda lame in my opinion.

ICP is Insane Clown Posse...they are rappers from Detroit, MI. Their shtick is to dress up like clowns and sing mostly violent songs.
