Of course it does...if you are in an interview for a potentially good paying job and you go into stating your not sure you can fill the position as accurately as they expect, do you think they'll consider you? How about a relationship, do you tell her up front you have doubts that there could be a future for the two of you, do you think she'll have second thoughts about you...uh yeah! So what if not everything is peaches & cream, you take life by the horns and do the best you can with what resorces you have and generally more time's then not you will suceed (only with a possitive mindset!)
