Okay, people the majority of the answers here are wrong. Let me clearify with a correct answer so that people aren't just passing around crappy information.
First of all, if the twins are fraternal you can test both of them and find out which one fathered the child. Fraternal twins come from two seperate eggs and two seperate sperm. That means different DNA.
If the twins are identical, you can test them to find out if indeed one of them fathered the child however you will not be able to find out which one it came from. This is because identical twins come from one egg that has split there for they share THE SAME DNA.....
I'd like to make a small suggestion. If you don't know the anwer to someones question then you shouldn't be answering it. People come here for help so if you're going to provide information to someone why don't you research it before posting it on here....

If they are identical, they have the same DNA. Remember, they came from the exact same egg and sperm, therefore they have the exact same DNA. Here's a reference:
Before answering the question 'what is DNA testing' it is important to understand the question 'what is DNA'. DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid) is the genetic material in the cells of your body. There are 46 chromosomes in each cell apart from those in sperm cells and egg cells, which have only 23 chromosomes. At the moment of conception the two sets of 23 chromosomes combine to make the 46 necessary to create a person. Therefore a person receives half of his/her DNA from the mother and half from the Father. No two people will have exactly the same DNA except for identical twins.

Yes.
It doesn't matter if they are identical or fraternal.
Identical twins have the same basic genetic makeup.
But they have subtle variations in them, just like their fingerprints.
If you have a DNA test done, and it comes back as twin A having a 99.94 chance of being the dad and twin B has a 99.95 chance of being dad, they will claim twin B is the father because his DNA matches closer than twin A.

Jen gave the answer that I was going to give. In identical twins I believe that it is impossible to determine which is the father (but you can check online or with a doctor). In fraternal twins, coming from separate eggs, the chances are far greater that you will be able to know for sure.

It depends on if they are identical or fraternal twins. If they are fraternal twins, they are no more alike than any other two brothers. But, if they are identical twins, they have identical DNA, so no, you will not be able to tell by a DNA test.
