I've never been there, but if I could cheat a bit, then:
Quito, capital of Ecuador. Tempera(ture)ment mild to cool, fairly constant all year round, at high altitude where the views are mostly clear but sometimes clouded, enlivened by music, mostly stable though subject to occasional volcanic flare-ups.
On a bad day, I'd be Ouagadougou, and hope that no-one knew where on earth I was.

i don't know because i really like towns instead of huge cities. but i like orlando because it's fun and has a lot of things to do. i'm kind of like that. so yeah.
