Water is the fluid of life. Our bodies can't function the way they are meant to if we don't stay hydrated with water all of the time.

Do you actually carry around a mirror to monitor these things? Or hire someone to report the changes to you? I just find it weird that you would ever have been in a position to ever even notice it in the first place let alone obsess over it?

Strange, and no one understands obsession better than I do.

Just drink water if it bothers you so much! you must smoke weed? I hear water get's rid of cotton mouth too?

You need 3 litres of water a day, regardless of your eyes (That's 0.8 gallons) Otherwise if you drink a lot of coffee or smoke a lot, you try cutting down that to see if it helps.

What has your doctor said about this? Or, for that matter, an opthalmologist?
Wouldn't hurt to have it checked out.
