How long does it take to walk from the east coast of Russia to the west.?

...from the easternmost Russian city to the westernmost. Don't worry about specifics just tell me what you are considering when you come up with the total time. Thanks.

There are quite a few people who did this. Some of them were journalists and would send articles to their newpapers while they were "en-route". I remember following these articles by one of them, when I has a high-school student. If I remember correctly, it took him less than a year, but more than six months. Keep in mind, he didn' try to set a record, so he could spend some time in a particular place to write more about it
