Telly sells the drugs... of course, he also takes a few hits now and then... thus why he is so stupid.
And the best part is that they teach you how to do the drugs. Like when you ask yourself how many hits of Ecstasy (Ecstacy is brought to you by the letter E, by the way) you should take, then the Count will come on and do the number of the day. The number they come up with is the number of pills to pop to enjoy the show.

no it's not big bird come on look at the guy he's not pushing drugs he's pushing for a lovely night out ya know wink wink will do some tricks for some seed baby.
you know who the doper is... come on he pulls a big front.. hides alot... he's on the streets all the time but no one would suspect seeing how grouchy the f-er is.

Bert & Ernie...Well Ernie..Bert is way to uptight cos hes the brains of the operation while light hearted Ernie just enjoys singing about his duck and taking baths...
But I think the Count might be in on it too cos he seems like he would enjoy counting all that cash!

Oscar has them all....thats why he lives in that trash can. The worm that is his friend is his "mule"...it gets crack for him from other less desirable streets nearby...that way oscar can just kick back and chill out in his can.
