There are 2 things u gotta check.
1. Will your PalmOne support 1GIG card?
2. What type of SD card does it take (SD or mini-SD)
There are also different speed in SD card (called ultra, ultra II etc). So check what all your palmone can take and buy that one

You can buy and SD card at any computer retailer, and online that will work on your Palm, and will store many files types, including AVI.
