i got one that said it was a camera Phone and it wasnt but apart from that it was fine ...still in the box and unopened like he said it would be..when i questioned him over the false discription he claimed he must have got it wrong by mistake.....anyway i gave him the benifit of the doubt.....he did offer a refund mind....but i couldnt be bothered with all the hassle of posting it back...
just be careful you read the discription and if in doubt ask questions,,,,GOOD LUCK

I ordered a Sprint phone about a year ago and I don't have it anymore cause it broke about 4 months later. My advice is ask a lot of questions, don't consider a phone that doesn't come with a picture of the actual phone you will be getting, and those Ebay stores that have the phones by bulk seem to be a good bet. From experiences of friends they come exactly as they described and sometimes you get extras like a car charger or case for the phone. Good luck!

Ive brought a mobile phone from ebay, i got a pay as you go sim card seperate and it worked fine.....the only thing i would say is make sure you buy a phone that isnt locked to a network if you can, or a least make sure you check that it works on your network.

I got a replacement samsung for my gf because it cost a fooki fortune brand new. It wasn't blacklisted but the speaker in a little dodgy.

I bought one about 7 months ago and because I didn't buy it from my service [Verizon] they wouldn't connect it. So that was a waste of 70.00. Check first before you buy it.
