Yes it's perfectly normal. There is an increased blood flow to the lower half of your body during pregnancy. (All that blood is feeding a baby afterall.) And when there's that much blood going to a pretty localized area swelling tends to happen. If it's painful try a semi-melted ice pack to help constrict the blood vessels, try to keep off your feet for long periods of time, and try not to eat a lot of salty foods to help keep your blood pressure down. Another good idea is to take a luke warm or even a cool bath. If you can't find anything that works, ask your obstetrician for more suggestions. Good luck!

Yes. The blood flow is increased to all areas of the body during pregnancy and this includes the vagina. Also, vericose veins can happen in the vagina as well.

Yes. The body is going through so many hormonal changes and it seems that EVERYTHING swells during pregnancy.

defanatly. Your blood flow is so much stronger that you can swell everywhere. But if you develop swelling in your hands and feet you should see a doc you probably have preclamsia.

Yes. Everything swells, and mucus membranes are most susceptible. That's why they say not to get your eyes checked while you're pregnant - your eyes are mucus membranes and they swell, too (even if it's not visibly).
