I know if you do mapquest it seems higher but I seem to recall it only took me about 5 hours a few years ago from Cincy.
Google and find out for sure. Download Google Earth its a cool way to get directions and you can actually see satelite photos of the roads,houses and places. Its really cool.

if you go to mapquest.com and set your starting location as Cincinnati, OH and your ending location as Hershey, PA it will estimate about how long it will take you and give you driving directions...good luck

7 hours and 50 minutes.I used mapquest, but they are not always acurate on the travel time, but they are on distance.And they don't always give the "best" directions, but they always give "correct" directions.My advice is to get a road map and make your own course.And expect about an 8 hour drive.
