My boyfriend is always on the phone with whomever he talks to, and when I call him he always says he promises he's going to call me back in 2 minutes and I tell him to forget it because he never does, and he gets mad, asking me if I dont trust him. He tells me that he has his friends and family too, and he spends all his time with me (which is not true we see eachother maybe twice a week if were lucky) and now I've decided not call him anymore, if he wants to talk he knows my number, because the way he told me he had "friends and family too" he insulted me because I never get mad when he tells me he's on the phone.

he needs to just tell you that he is busy and he will call back later not in the 2 minutes. I would hope it is family or friend but I had assumed guys really don't like being on the phone, so I would be worried too. If he don't like talking to you on the phone I would do what you did and just let him call. I would let him make all the moves as in seeing each other too. Maybe you need more friends and family to talk to too. So when ever he calls tell him you are talking to your friends and see what he does.he'll get mad too I'm sure but what comes around goes around. Maybe he will realize then . Well good luck and remember he is a man!!lol

Good for you! Don't sit around and waste your life waiting for a man to call you back, get out there and do something. You have friends and family too, and since you had decided to spend some time with the bf and he doesn't understand that then get out and do something you want to do.

Don't blame yourself (or him) or make any decisions until you both cool down and have a chat in person.
It sounds like a normal guy / girl argument to me. He didn't like your tone, so he said something you wouldn't like... So he makes it look like you're being more unfair than you are by being meaner than he means.
If you have other reasons to feel like he's not taking your relationship seriously, or giving you respect, then you might have a problem. The way it sounds, though, it's just your average relationship road bump :)

Girl, don't put yourself down like that! He's the one being an unfair boyfriend. It is very obvious that his interest is somewhere else. You don't need him in your life. Move on... life is too short and time is precious.

I think by not calling him is going to help you get answers. If he does not call you then you know you are not very important in his life.
if he ends up calling often, then you know that he cares about you... and you are an important part of his life
