Not on the scale that Europe has experienced. The two main Chinese philosophies of Confucianism and Taoism are not incompatible to the point of fighting over the differences. When Buddhism made its way into China, they integrated it into their culture as it did not stand in conflict with the other two. The Chinese simply looked upon it as one truth, three paths.
True, what the PRC government does with Falun Gong is not pretty, but that is more of a persecution than a war. Wars arise with both sides are taking arms to "destroy the infidels". I'm not saying that internal religious strife does not occur (example: Tibet), but it's not quite to the same level as conflicts in Europe, the Middle East, and India have been.
Hope that helps.

There have not been any real "wars" over religion because throughout history, China absorbed and integrated. They actually allow you to hold any religion as long as it does not conflict with the ideas of the communist government. Also, to force assimiliation of the people on the far borders of China, the government would relocate thousands of people from the coastal regions to other areas! amazing idea, i know.
In anycase, to answer you question... no wars like the middle east/europe.
