I have the same thing. But you know, trying to look more mature doesn't help because that's not who you are. It looks artificial. I don't try to do it anymore. I'm a teacher but people think I'm a high school student (I work at a high school and a university).
As my age is going older (I'm now 26) I don't see it as a problem anymore :D It feels good to look young.
So, be who you are, dress as how you like and don't overdo anything to look like who you're not.

Look at the attitude of people who ACT mature vs ARE mature - one will look snobish and snotty, the other will be relaxed and secure.
I'm 42 and no one doubts that I'm mature, but I don't hesitate to enjoy life.
As far as the look...
1 - don't act as though you are afraid to look like you do. Maturity means you know who you are and looking good for other poeple isn't as important as looking professional. The clothing isn't there is be you, just keep you from being naked.
2 - Simple clean lines. Clothing that is SO noticable it's the first thing people notice isn't mature, it's insecurity. A well fitted pair of jeans that doens't look like they've been worn to death is far more mature than designer clothes that look like they were tatto'd on.
3 - Don't wear logos! I was a teacher and am now a network admin and deal with VP's and CEO's - they wear clothign that is business dress, but they don't parade their designer stuff around - that is arrogance.
Keep your eyes on not fasion magazine ads, but fasion that you see professionals wearing in the working world.

Hi,
You should worry only if you look old. OK. Coming to the solution, yes you can try out these things. Generally oily face will look young. You can try moisturisers for oily skin.you can wash your face frequently. The dress you wear has lot ot do with your appearance. Always wear light coloured cloths. Simple ornaments like bangles, small ear rings. The way you walk will also help. A Gentle, straight and confident walk (without turning your head left and right, dont swing your hands too much).
Talk with confidence, clarity and politely. These will help you to look more matured.

Dress conservatively, loose any fake hair coloring dye it to a natural look if you have odd hair color, ever notice how old the older women especially in politics have short hair. I cut mine short for that reason so I would look more mature but I grew it back out so I can put it in a french twist. Hope whatever you do decide to do that YOU like it and not for the sake of others. Try to keep a natural look.

Get a good hair cut. Find one that suits your lifestyle, but looks young and hip. Use makeup sparingly, but use the important things (tinted mosturizer, neutral shadow, mascara, blush or bronzer) Wear clothes that are slightly more tailored and well fitting. Kids tend to go for comfort only, baggy T shirts, ratty jeans. You can do a T shirt and jean, just upgrade some and do a cute shoe.

Stay up all night, drink lots of booze and smoke as many cigarettes as you can. Seriously, I don't think it is your looks that count so much as attitude. If you saw any of the old movies on Turner Cable, some of the female stars were only 16 years old and they ACTED more mature than their age which convinced the public they were older. It wasn't the makeup, it was how they carried themselves.

Talk to your hairstylist and get suggestions for a haircut. Don't shop in the Jr's section. Attitude always helps. It's good that you look younger, you'll appreciate it more when you get older.

Try a short haircut. Wear glasses?
Any time I complain about looking young, my husband says "When you're 50 you'll look 40". Embrace it I guess...
