okay so i was saying goodbye to one of my good guy friends last night and i don't know what a friendly hug is and what a like a good you like someone hug is, someone please help me! i'm so confused!!!

Friendly hug= quick squeeze, maybe a strong hug with a pat here and there thrown in
Loving hug=More gentle, longer lasting and maybe some carressing/rubbing of the back

a friendly hug is only for about 2 seconds an i like you hug is 5 seconds and up.

You can't really tell the difference. Sometimes, people hug fast to try to hide their emotions or they hug slow and mess around with you. So you see? It's not as easy. Just ask him
