Maybe you can tell him about what you feel. Tell him the truth. If you like him too, then confess to him!! But, it's up to you whether to start a relationship with him. Because the feeling you both have will soon fade once you guys got tired of each other. But, if you still insist on starting one, don't take it too seriously. Because, relationships at this stage aren't really real. It's not highly possible that it'll last long. People at this stage doesn't really know what's love. Not even me.
If you don't have any of that feeling for him, explain to him that you prefers to be friends.

When he calls, hang up. If he refuses to take the hint, that's his problem not yours. Keep that phone slamming in his ear.

tell him that you just want to remain friends and you don't like him that way. he's a great guy but he's not your type of bf.
