a redneck way of saying double u (W). it is read like dub-ya, it is used to refer to George W. Bush because as we all know his dad had the same name but his middle initials were H.W. So people when talking about our current president to avoid confusion just use Dubya. This is to as i said avoid confusion as well as to pick on the fact he is from texas and stupid. So they on stereotypes of texans being rednecks by callling him Dubya.

This is a nickname for Baby GW Bullshit. I think it is a way of pronouncing the letter W. A nickname for Penis Clinton was Bubba, which means doll in Hebrew. This is interesting, because a cruel SS officer in the Treblinka death camp was also nicknamed doll.

George W. Bush, even while supposedly being an educated man, uses poor grammar and bad pronunciation of standard words. To this day he can not, or will not, pronounce the word nuclear properly.
While none of this actually makes him stupid, it does appear to make him look stupid in the eyes of many.
