No, that is not true at all, because in order to cause a time portal to open, one must be an interdimensional time traveler and the only thing that holding back a fart will do is just give you some mild gas pains.

I'd love to answer this question fully, but am not allowed to, for fear of changing what is supposed to happen before my birth...erm....I don't know. It sounds painful. No, I'm not a time traveler, what on Earth would make you think that I traveled here from another time/galaxy/planet/dimension/state of existence?
