Perhaps if you can stop looking at the weather forecast for some time, you may rid yourself with such headaches that are obviously so well timed with no underlying sinus problems.

It's from the change in pressure in the atmosphere. It's the same reason people with arthritis are in a lot of pain when it's rainy or stormy outside. I'm not sure how it works, exactly, but I belive it's the higher barometric pressure that causes all these issues in people. My advice is to get a barometer and keep it in your house so you know when the pressure is rising and you can take preventative action (like sinus medication).

yea I know I have the same problem.my head hurts and I am really dizzy and can't pay attention to what people tell me.
Its called meteorological sensitivity and it's main cause is the variations of atmospheric pressure. The best treatment for that,to get rid of it for a long period of time, not until the next storm should be acupuncture if you're brave enough to do it or homeopathic treatments.Just try

Could be over-sensitivity to the drop in atmospheric pressure right before storms.

Because of the air pressure. It changes very qickly, and this effects the pressure in your head. so head's up for when they say the baraometer is falling...and get out some asprin.
