depends on what kind of ring the man is wearing on his right hand. Maybe it's a college ring, a man's dressy ring, a masonic ring, or some ring passed down in his family.

I don't know of any man wearing a wedding band on his right hand, and in fact I know a lot of men who won't even wear a wedding ring on their left hand. And, mine used to make the excuse that the ring would "catch" on some equipment and that's why he didn't wear it.

A lot of women wear their wedding rings on their right hand when they become widowed. This is true

It may be because they are left handed, like lefties wearing watches on their right wrist

It depends on the guy, my boyfriend wears a ring on his right hand, and he's straight. But for some, if there is a match to that ring........I think that you can do the math.

He's gay

Sometimes nothing, sometimes it's a promise ring (like a wedding ring for unmarried couples).

It means he is probably part of some college members only club that goes by the name N.O.S.E (never overtake speeding elephants) And the whole aim of said organisation is to infiltrate nightclubs in hopes of picking up traces of cheap liquor beng sold to patrons, consequently giving them hangovers, and bringing the criminals to justice using a device known only as 'the MACHINE' to find out who sold the liquor to them in the first place
