Not a website, but I went to Staples and bought a disk of SuperCollapse. There are a dozen other games on the disk - all for $10.
You don't have to worry about losing the internet signal...

A REALLY fun one is http://www.missoandfriends.com you can play all sorts of games-fashion, puzzles,quizzes, listen to music, dress up pets, ect. It's a site for tweens, but I think everyone can relate to it. (every girl, that is) A teen girl made it for girls. She based it on her sister's friends. I think that you'll love it!
