my daughter is 7 months, my body still isn't back to normal.. she's my third. My 2 boys are from my first marriage. My fiance wants sex way more than me... not only the low drive but body image is in the way... I need to do something or I am afraid I'll lose him

Sond slike it might be due to both the change of hormones in your body, as well as your body image.
Try doing something to feel better about yourself, something that makes you feel sexy again. Buy pretty PJs (doesnt have to be sexy lingirie if youre not comfortable) or new undies or sexy outfit or get a fake tan or a new hair cut, just something to make yourself feel attractive. Also remind yourself that your fiance is still very attracted to you!
If you cant seem to pull yourself out of this, talk to your doctor. Perhaps it is hormones or postpartum, and your doctor may be able to help.

Get over yourself already. He obviously knows what your body looks like now anyway and yet he still wants sex so do it already or get divorced.
