Try one of those "Magic Erasers". It's made by Mr. Clean. They are awsome!!! Take out anything on walls too.

try hairspray..I often use it to clean up permanent marker on my teaching tools and it works! The alcohol in hairspray does the trick, so straight alcohol would work as well.

Believe it or not Huggies baby wipes work wonders on removing ink from alot of things.

ball point on leather.. you might be out of luck if its leather.
If its a high quality purse you could have it dyed.
