As a consumer in the England, Wales, Northern Island and Scotland you have statutory rights when buying goods.

For example when buying in person in a shop, these rights apply...

We have pretty fair rights in the UK. If people are naive or thoughtless when they make a purchase, it's their fault if they get screwed at the other end. There are enough ways for people to check whether they are getting a good deal before signing anything and paying money.

When somebody is actually lied to by some unscrupulous retailer or service provider, then they are normally able to get the money back. What's more, there is normally a lot of competition in most markets, so if they don't like what one company is doing, then they can choose another.

UK still have a reliable Constitution, but it burn really fast !!!
For commerce and other's spheres.

But, If only you knew how toxic most products are, and the medications approved by the Governmet Health agency, are often pure dangers, totally controled by the pharmaceutical lobby. We already have all rights we need, we must enforce them.

The whole industry is controled, and manipulating all of us. Please, don't treat my answer as a spam, I will really try to give the fullest answer I can about the legislation, the world of commerce, law enforcement, and our rights in general. I live in America. If I want to buy something , I do. That right is not global.
If I don't want something, i don't buy it.
Most goods are returnable within a reasonable time frame.

Most labor fees are not.

i think the rights in the uk are ok i have not had any problems when buying stuff so far
