How do fix the email into 500-650 pixels ? Thank You.?

THe email I send to recipient is too wide. The recipient have to scroll horizontally to view the whole message.Is there anybody can tell me how to fix the email into 500-650 pixels.Thank You.

Press the enter key and start a new line when you get that far across you screen while typing the email. (I'm old enough to remember when we had to do that with everything we wrote back in the days of typewriters).

If you repost with the name of the email you and your friend are using (it is different for every program) someone may have a solution for that specific program. But the "return" will work with any program.
