They are called lense flares. It is the effect of light hitting the lenses or a camera at specific angles.

There are so many "unwanted effects" associated with the use of flash photography. You need to be more specific if you really want some genuine advice.

we see red eye or blurred picture.some eyes reflect the flash light such that it seems the eye is red.
