it is going to b out in a short while and i didnt know cuz it didnt show that on the commercial and i think that 06 sucked and no 1 bought it so they could have taken it off

Yes, according to everything that I've read, and trailers that I've seen it is still around.
However, it is now turned off by default, but you can turn it on if you want to.

First off, the game isn't even out yet.
Second, it's most likely they will carry over features from 06 to 07 so your answer is "probably".
